We plan to produce ethanol using grain as a raw material with a state-of-art technology. Compared with conventional technologies, batch and cascade systems, our process offer low contamination risk, higher ethanol yield, lower water consumption and higher stillage concentration.

Ethanol for Potable Alcohol

Ethanol, also called ethyl alcohol, pure alcohol, grain alcohol, or drinking alcohol, is a volatile, flammable, colorless liquid. It is a potent psychoactive drug, best known as the type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages and in modern thermometers. Ethanol is one of the oldest recreational drugs. In common usage, it is often referred to simply as alcohol or spirits.
Ethanol has widespread use as a solvent of substances intended for human contact or consumption, including scents, flavorings, colorings, and medicines. In chemistry, it is both an essential solvent and a feedstock for the synthesis of other products. It has a long history as a fuel for heat and light, and more recently as a fuel for internal combustion engines.

Bio Fuel

Bio fuels derived from renewable resources such as grains like jowar, bajra and maize are entering the market, driven by factors such as oil price spikes and the need for increased energy security. Ethanol fuel is the most common bio-fuel worldwide.
Ethanol can be used as a fuel for vehicles in its pure form, but it is usually used as a gasoline additive to increase octane and improve vehicle emissions. Currently Bio-ethanol is widely used in USA and Brazil.

Factors driving ethanol market:

• High oil prices.
• National energy security considerations.
• Ethanol tax incentives.
• Improved technology - lower costs of ethanol production.
• Climate change concerns.
